Summer in the Garden
I have been so busy lately trying to keep on top of things in the garden, what with weeks of no rain and more recently lots of rain. Hard to know what it’s going to do next.
I have also been experimenting with drying flowers from my garden which you can see in the bottom row of the photo above, with great success. The colours have remained so vibrant and I have really enjoyed the process. I used these in my mini hanging terrariums that were completely sold out recently at a market close by. I will have these available to buy online soon.
I am attempting to grow lots of different flowers this year for the first time and drying them also when the time comes – straw flowers, achillea, lepidium, lunaria annua.
Back to finishing off my website and preparing more orders for my cards which are proving to be a great success. Thanks to all the support I have been receiving.
