Delivery and Returns Policy

My products are all handmade and generally can be delivered within 5 working days, depending on my work load and amount ordered. If you need it sooner please contact me at info@everlastings.ie.

Orders can only be cancelled if I haven’t started working on them. If you are unhappy in any way with your order please contact me directly.

Timescale

This depends on whether or not I have enough stock available. If an item is showing ‘out of stock’ and you would like to order it, please contact me directly and I can give you a lead time as to when I can have it made by. If it is showing ‘in stock’ then once you have purchased it and I have received the funds it will take the same amount of time as standard postage.

Shipping

At the moment I am shipping to the Republic of Ireland using An Post standard mail. If you require a tracking code the price will be more and will be added to your order, please request this in the additional information section when checking out. For anyone living outside of Ireland who would like to purchase an item, please contact me directly.
